- Echinodermata (sea stars, sea urchins, sea cucumbers)
- Arthropods (crabs and barnacles)
- Fish (tidepool sculpins)
- Tunicates (sea squirts and sea pork)
- Birds (gulls, oystercatchers, shorebirds)
- Algae (seaweed, kelp)
- Marine mammals (seals and sea lions; there are NO resident sea otters on Oregon Coast)
Hello Sandy,
Your site looks great. I've been checking it out in preparation for creating a site for Kalmiopsis Audubon Society. I thought you might like to know about a program we're sponsoring, a slide show and talk on the ecology and management of the intertidal zone by Laurel Hillmann of State Parks. It will be Sunday, January 28th at 3 PM at the City Council Chambers in Port Orford.
